Project 1
10,000 square foot library with split system air conditioning units,
gas fired duct furnaces and under slab duct system to heat and cool
the two story glass façade.
The second story included 16 classroom rooftop gas package units
and 18 zones of heating and cooling with VAV boxes and DDC controls.

The facility included a 9,500 square foot gymnasium with a rooftop
gas package unit and a heat reclaim wheel for humidity control.
Heated and cooled by rooftop gas package units with power heat exhaust
fans, the Head Start Organization houses 5,000 square feet of classrooms.
A full kitchen facility to prepare lunches for the children in the
program includes; a type one-range hood with a gas fired makeup
air unit, stainless steel backwall protection, dishwasher hose,
and exhaust system and gas piping to various cooking appliances. |
