The full DDC system allows separate set points for the wide variety of requirements a nursing facility demands. Maintenance personnel can easily change set point requirements and diagnose problems from the main computer Review and have access to each zone sensor via laptop. Kitchen exhaust requirements are achieved through the use of 3 hoods with gas fired make up air units. Training of the nursing homes maintenance staff was computerized and monitored for a 2 week period.
